Seat presented its first zero-emission model, the first electric car Altea XL electric Ecomotive, a vehicle with a maximum range of 85 miles. Not much information was provided by the Iberian car manufacturer, only that it uses an electric motor of 85 kW (115 hp) that provides a torque of 270 Nm. The maximum speed is limited to 85mph. The Brisbane based Varley Electric Vehicles has come up with what is the first Australian electric supercar. The evr450 is equipped with two 210BHP electric engines bringing the total power to 420BHP and torque – 1044Nm.
