Lately it seems that there are apps for just about everything. The future electric cars are expected to have more gadgets onboard than Curry’s megastore. Meanwhile, there’s an app called CarPro that can make your everyday motoring much easier.
It’s designed as an advanced car diary and can be installed on both iPhone and iPad. It was developed by SrcNix and can be purchased here from the iTunes Appstore. It costs only $1.99.

Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid Arrives in 2012

Presented at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, Volvo will get its first hybrid car in serial production next year. Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid will be equipped with a diesel2.4-liter five-cylinder used in tandem with an electric motor mounted on the rear axle. The latter will be connected to a litium-ion battery with a capacity of 12 kWh.

From 2013 Chevrolet Spark Arrives in Electric Version

 
The smallest member of the Chevrolet family will receive, after two years, an electric motor to add to the production series. Chevrolet Volt will not be alone in the range of the U.S. manufacturer of electric cars. In 2013 we will see the first version of Chevrolet Spark that will not need fossil fuels.
