Ten countries, 29 cities, dozens of electric cars and approved by HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco – that in a few words summarises the Tallin-Monte Carlo Electric Car Marathon that started today. The route of the marathon looks like this: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, Monaco.

Leafs Topping Up Before the Marathon
It’s a great way to raise awareness about green motoring. Although each of the countries on the route has some basic knowledge about electric cars (some countries even have their own local innovations in this field), green motoring is still an emerging fixture in Eastern Europe.
Some of the marathon highlights include the Fisker Karma and the Latvian electric supercar OSCar eO that took part in this season’s Paris-Dakar rally.
